“Keep the Coctail Napkin” W/ Alec Travis

Alec is the co-founder and head of brewery operations for Field Day Brewing Company in North Liberty, lowa. Alec received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Luther College in 2014 and immediately fell into the community of craft beer after graduating with his first job at Lion Bridge Brewing Company. Over the next decade leading up to the opening of Field Day, he and his wife moved in and out of 8 different apartments/houses from the far East to the far West side of lowa (including 4 months in Omaha Nebraska).  Finally landing in Cedar Rapids where they currently reside with their daughter Flora. When he isn't at the brewery he enjoys spending time with his family, camping, traveling, and cooking.
